GBK’s care-giver subscription fee starts at $159 / month. Your subscription includes an initial full evaluation of the patient’s questionnaire. Our skilled and qualified staff will then make recommendations on why and what infused products are needed to achieve that patient’s desires. After the first subscription package is delivered, we will follow-up and see how the products are working for the patient and if they are handling their needs.
All patients must be 21 and over, have true disabilities or needs, be a medical marijuana card holder and live in the state of Colorado.
